
'Oh, Mary!' announces complete summer casting
The current cast includes Mason Alexander Park as Mary Todd Lincoln (until 18 July), Kate O’Donnell as Mary’s Chaperone, Oliver Stockley as Mary’s Husband’s Assistant, Dino Fetscher as Mary’s Teacher, and Scott Karim as Mary’s Husband.
Oh, Mary! Further casting has been announced for Cole Escola’s hit comedy in the West End. The show will also be filmed on 28 July, with Escola starring in the lead role of Mary.
The current cast includes Mason Alexander Park as Mary Todd Lincoln (until 18 July), Kate O’Donnell as Mary’s Chaperone, Oliver Stockley as Mary’s Husband’s Assistant, Dino Fetscher as Mary’s Teacher, and Scott Karim as Mary’s Husband.
From 20 July to 1 August, Escola takes over as Mary, and is joined by Giles Terera, who was Olivier nominated for playing Mary’s Husband in the original West End company, Michael Urie as Mary’s Teacher, Bianca Leigh as Mary’s Chaperone, and Tony Macht as Mary’s Husband Assistant.
Fetscher, O'Donnell, and Stockley will return from 3 August to play Mary’s Teacher, Mary’s Chaperone, and Mary’s Husband’s Assistant, respectively, remaining in the show through 26 September.
From 17 August – 26 September, Jinkx Monsoon joins the cast as Mary Todd Lincoln, with Scott Karim returning as Mary’s Husband.
The riotous comedy, which documents the final weeks of President Abraham Lincoln’s administration, as seen through the eyes of his alcoholic, cabaret-loving wife Mary, premiered off-Broadway at the Lucille Lortel Theatre in January 2024. It transferred to Broadway that summer, and continues to run at the Lyceum Theatre, with Meg Stalter in the lead.
Written by Escola and directed by Sam Pinkleton, the full creative team includes dots (Scenic Designer), Holly Pierson (Costume Designer), Cha See (Lighting Designer), Daniel Kluger (Sound Design and Music), Drew Levy (Sound Designer), Leah J. Loukas (Wig Designer), and David Dabbon (Arrangements).
