Operation Mincemeat has extended its booking period to 30 May, 2026 at the Fortune Theatre in the West End.
Written and composed by David Cumming, Felix Hagan, Natasha Hodgson, and Zoë Roberts of SpitLip, the fringe hit is based on a true story of the secret mission that helped win World War II.
The show, which recently celebrated 1000 shows in the West End, stars Alex Young as Ewen Montagu and others, Roshani Abbey as Jean Leslie and others, Danny Becker as Hester Leggatt and others, Peter McGovern as Charles Cholmondeley and others, and Chlöe Hart plays Johnny Bevan and others.
Also in the company is Jason Kajdi, performing alongside George Jennings, Geri Allen, and Madeleine Jackson-Smith.
Operation Mincemeat is directed by Robert Hastie (Standing at the Sky’s Edge) and choreographed by Jenny Arnold (Jerry Springer: The Opera).
The creative team also includes set and costume designer Ben Stones (Sylvia), lighting designer Mark Henderson (Girl from the North Country), sound designer Mike Walker (Jerry Springer: The Opera), and orchestrator and vocal arranger Steve Sidwell (Beautiful: The Carole King Musical).
