The Reduced Shakespeare Company are to close Sunday 3 April 2005 after a run of 9 years at the Criterion Theatre

It was announced at the begining of the month that show was to take a break of 2 months (April & May), but the show will now have its final performance on 3 April 2005.

The company, which has been at the Criterion Theatre since March 1996, present three shows:

The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (Abridged)
(Plays Wed, Fri & Sat 8pm / Mats Thurs 3pm, Sat 5pm & Sun 4pm)
Perform 37 Shakespeare plays in less than 1 hour 45 minutes.

The Complete History of America (Abridged)
(plays Tues only at 8pm )

The Bible - Complete Word of God (Abridged)
(Plays Thurs only at 8pm)
Offers an abridged version of the Bible in less than two hours

The writers of the shows include Adam Long, Daniel Singer, Jess Winfield, Reed Martin and Austin Tichenor.
