This May Hurt A Bit by Stella Feehily at St James Theatre

This May Hurt A Bit, a play about the NHS by Stella Feehily, at the St James Theatre, a fringe venue in Victoria, central London, from 12 May to 21 June 2014.

Directed by Max Stafford-Clark, designed by Tim Shorthall, sound by Andy Smith. An Out of Joint and Octagon Theatre Bolton co-production.

A month after stating 'we will stop the top-down reorganisation of the NHS that has got in the way of patient care', the government launched the biggest top-down reorganisation the service had seen in its 65-year history. Stella Feehily's new play explores one family's journey through the digestive system of the NHS, and asks: what is the prognosis?
