- Titanique looks at what really happened the night the Titanic sunk
Titanique is welcoming new cast members on the Ship of Dreams next year. They will begin performances at the Criterion Theatre in the West End from 6 January.
Rose Galbraith will take over from Kat Ronney as Rose, with Michael Vinsen replacing Tim Walton as Victor Garber / Luigi. Corrine Priest and Damien Winchester will join as onstage vocalists.
They join Luke Bayer as Jack, Richard Carson as Cal, Astrid Harris as Céline Dion, Carl Mullaney as Ruth, Jenny O’Leary as Molly Brown, and Ryan Carter as the Iceberg.
Tye Blue, Marla Mindelle, and Constantine Rousouli's hysterical comedy musical blends the songs of Céline Dion with the blockbuster film Titanic to reimagine what really happened the night of the sinking.
In a review for LondonTheatre.co.uk, our critic said: "There is no doubting the beating heart of this little-show-that-could, which shines brighter than the wonderfully tacky, piñata-style Heart of the Ocean that hangs above the Criterion stage."
On 15 December, it was announced that the production would transfer to Broadway next spring, having premiered off Broadway at the Daryl Roth Theatre in 2022.
