Tomcat at Southwark Playhouse Little Space

Papatango Theatre Company will present Tomcat, by James Rushbrooke, at the Southwark Playhouse 'Little Space', a fringe venue in south east London, from 28 October to 21 November 2015, with an official opening on 30 October.

Synopsis: "In the not-too-distant future, the world is better than ever. Diseases and disorders have been wiped out. But 12 year old Jess doesn't belong. She slipped through the net and there's something dangerous in her DNA, something that must be 'cured'. Charlie is watching Jess. He'll do whatever it takes to keep society safe."

Tomcat is the winner of this year's Papatango New Writing Prize, having been chosen from more than 600 entries, all judged anonymously.
