"UNDER THE DOCTOR" TO CLOSE EARLY.
The comedy Under the Doctor, by Peter Tilbury, is to close on 24th March 01, after a run of only 4 weeks at the Comedy Theatre.
Peter Davison said on BBC Radio 2 today that the show is closing in two weeks, blaming the critics and the high cost of tickets and parking etc
The show, which received poor reviews from the popular press when it opened on 22nd Feb 01, was booking to 12th May 01, but now the final performance will be on Saturday evening 24th March 01.
