Waitress extends booking period at the Adelphi Theatre

Ahead of its first preview, it has been announced that Waitress will extend its booking period at the Adelphi Theatre, with performances now available until 19th October.

Waitress tells the story of Jenna Hunterson, a small-town waitress who bakes pies in her spare time. When she learns of a nearby pie-making competition, Jenna enters in the hopes of winning a large cash prize to support her and her soon-to-be-born child.

Katharine McPhee and Jack McBrayer will make their West End debuts in Waitress, playing Jenna and Ogie respectively.

The cast is completed by Marisha Wallace (Becky), Laura Baldwin (Dawn), Peter Hannah (Earl), David Hunter (Dr. Pomatter), Shaun Prendergast (Old Joe), Kelly Agbowu, Piers Bate, Nicole Raquel Dennis, Michael Hamway, Stephen Leask, Chris McGuigan, Olivia Moore, Nathaniel Morrison, Sarah O'Connor, Leanne Pinder, Charlotte Riby and Mark Willshire.

Waitress will also be holding two 'cast album karaoke' sessions after evening performances on 19th February and 18th March, offering audience members the opportunity to perform songs from the soundtrack on stage. Click here to find out more information

Waitress is at the Adelphi Theatre from 8th February, with performances scheduled until 19th October.
