The full cast for WICKED has now been confirmed: Idina Menzel (Elphaba), Adam Garcia (Fiyero), Miriam Margolyes (Madame Morrible), Nigel Planer (The Wizard), Helen Dallimore (Glinda), Katie Rowley Jones (Nessarose) , James Gillan (Boq), Martin Ball (Doctor Dillamond). Kerry Ellis will be standby for Elphaba before taking over the role in January 2007 and Annalene Beechey will be the standby for Glinda. The company also includes: Simon Adkins, Paul Ayres, Joseph Connor, Nadine Cox, Sarah Earnshaw, Jye Frasca, Maria Graciano, Nicky Griffiths, Simon Hardwick, Pippa Higgs, Melissa Hunte, Cassidy Janson, Caroline Keiff, Joshua Lacey, Andy Mace, Dominic Shaw, Philippa Stefani, Craig Stein, Oliver Tompsett, Tim Walton and Kerry Washington.

WICKED opens at the Apollo Victoria Theatre 27 Sep 2006, following previews from 7 Sep - booking to 24 Feb 2007.

Two girls meet in the land of Oz. One, born with emerald-green skin, is smart, feisty and misunderstood. The other is beautiful, ambitious and very, very popular. WICKED is the story of these two unlikely friends and how they end up as the Wicked Witch of the West and Glinda the Good Witch.
