Feel the power of love in the West End. Back to the Future: The Musical will play an extended booking period in London. Back to the Future: The Musical performances are now scheduled at the Adelphi Theatre to 23 October, and Back to the Future: The Musical tickets are on sale now.

The Back to the Future: The Musical is based on the hit sci-fi film trilogy of the same name. The musical sees Marty McFly transported back in time from 1985 to 1955 with scientist Dr. Emmett Brown in a DeLorean. Now in 1955, McFly must make sure his parents fall in love to go back to the present day.

In a Back to the Future: The Musical review for London Theatre, our critic said: "Sci-fi and theatre blend to create genuine magic. This time-hopping spectacle with a heart is also the show of the moment."

Olly Dobson leads the cast as Marty McFly, joined by Roger Bart as Dr Emmett Brown. The cast is completed by Hugh Coles, Rosanna Hyland, Cedric Neal', Aidan Cutler, Courtney-Mae Briggs, Will Haswell, Emma Lloyd, Mark Oxtoby, Rhianne Alleyne, Amy Barker, Matt Barrow, Joshua Clemetson, Jamal Crawford, Bessy Ewa, Morgan Gregory, Ryan Heenan, Cameron McAllister, Alessia McDermott, Laura Mullowney, Nic Myers, Shane O'Riordan, Katharine Pearson, Justin Thomas, Melissa Rose and Tavio Wright.

Back to the Future: The Musical features a book by Bob Gale, music and lyrics by Alan Silvestri and Glen Ballard, direction by John Rando. The creative team includes scenic and costume design by Tim Hatley, lighting design by Tim Luktin and sound design by Gareth Owen. The Back to the Future: The Musical cast recording will be released on 11 March.
