A new booking period has been announced for Wicked, with the show's 14th anniversary in the West End taking place as part of the latest extension.

Wicked will continue its open-ended run at the Apollo Victoria Theatre, with performances scheduled to 28th November 2020.

Set as a prequel to L. Frank Baum's The Wonderful Wizard of Oz, the bewitching musical follows the lives of Elphaba and Glinda, two university students put together as roommates who unexpectedly become good friends until they are forced to make life-changing decisions by the Wonderful Wizard of Oz.

Since opening at the Apollo Victoria Theatre in 2006, Wicked has been seen by over 10 million people in London and is currently the 13th longest-running West End show of all time.

Wicked features original music by Stephen Schwartz including 'Popular', 'Dancing Through Life' and 'Defying Gravity'.

The cast of Wicked currently stars Nikki Bentley and Helen Woolf as Elphaba and Glinda respectively, with Alistair Brammer as Fiyero, Kim Ismay as Madame Morrible, Andy Hockley as The Wizard, Simeon Truby as Doctor Dillamond, Natasha Ferguson as Nessarose and George Ure as Boq. Nicholas McLean will take over the role of Boq from 20th January 2020.

Wicked is at the Apollo Victoria Theatre with an extended booking period to 28th November 2020.
