Cast announced for Pests by Vivienne Franzmann

The cast has been announced for Pests, by Vivienne Franzmann, which opens at the Royal Court Theatre Upstairs on 2 April 2014, following previews from 27 March - running to 3 May 2014.

The cast includes Sinead Matthews (Pink) and Ellie Kendrick (Rolly).

Pink loves Rolly. Rolly loves Pink. And Pink loves getting bombed off her face. Sisters from the same nest. Both trapped in a tiny rotting world. Both cuffed to a past that refuses to release them. One wants out. The other needs her in. Trouble is that when you complete each other, you're nothing on your own.

Pests is directed by Lucy Morrison, designed by Joanna Scotcher, lighting by Fabiana Piccioli, sound by Emma Laxton. The play is a Royal Court Theatre, Clean Break and Royal Exchange Theatre, Manchester co-production.

Sinead Matthews' recent theatre credits include Blurred Lines at the National Theatre, Trout Stanley at the Southwark Playhouse and The Master and Margarita for the Barbican. Ellie Kendrick's theatre credits include Romeo and Juliet at Shakespeare's Globe.
