‘Christmas at the (Snow)Globe’ casting announced
They'll join Sandi Toksvig in her seasonal play, pre-recorded at Shakespeare's Globe.
Ahead of on-demand performances of Christmas at the (Snow)Globe, full casting for this year's production has been confirmed. They'll star alongside Sandi Toksvig in the festive show, presented from 21 December to 5 Jan. 2021.
Written by Sandi Toksvig and her sister Jenifer, the story follows a child waiting for a show in a bare theatre. Quickly, the theatre comes to life as a snow globe, ensuring that they give the gift of theatre to young audiences.
Joining the Toksvigs, the full cast and creative team stars Kieron Bell, Amanda Bright, Rosalie Craig, Charlie Cridlan, Trevor Dion Nicholas, Stella Duffy, Hadley Fraser, Colin Hurley, Tony Jayawardena, Mary Price-O'Connor, David Perkins, Michelle Terry, Sophie Trott and Louise Voce. They'll be accompanied by The Fourth Choir, a LGBT chamber choir.
Christmas at the (Snow)Globe was first presented at Shakespeare's Globe in 2019 to a live theatre. This year, all performances will be streamed on-demand.
Christmas at the (Snow)Globe is available from 21 December - 5 Jan. 2021.
