The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee , Music & Lyrics by William Finn, book by Rachel Sheinkin. Conceived by Rebecca Feldman. Additional Material by Jay Reiss. Opens 21 Feb 2011, following previews from 11 Feb - running to 2 April 2011. Directed by Jamie Lloyd. Full cast is: Steve Pemberton (Vice Principal Douglas Panch), Chris Carswell (Leaf Coneybear/Carl Dad), David Fynn (William Barfee), Hayley Gallivan (Olive Ostrovsky), Harry Hepple (Chip Tolentino/Jesus), Katherine Kingsley (Rona Lisa Perretti/ Olive's Mum), Maria Lawson (Marcy Park), Ako Mitchell (Mitch Mahoney/Dan Dad/Olive's Dad), Iris Roberts (Logainne Schwatzandgrubenniere). A musical comedy . Only those blessed with an extraordinary ability and love of language qualify for the Putnam County Spelling Bee. But there can only be one winner and with a place in the national final at stake, emotions run high, hopes are quashed and dreams are broken.

 

Moonlight, By Harold Pinter. Opens 12 April 2011, following previews from 7 April - running to 28 May 2011. Directed by Bijan Sheibani. Joining previously mentioned David Bradley are Deborah Findlay, Daniel Mays. Andy lies dying in his bed. As his wife, Bel, tries desperately to bring his estranged sons to his side his thoughts turn to his youth, loves, lust and fears, whilst the haunting presence of the things they have all lost swirl in the dark lonely spaces of this suburban household.
