‘Frozen’ announces new West End cast from September 2023

The pair will star as two of the title roles in the stage adaption of Disney's hit film that became one of the highest grossing animated movies of all time.

Disney Theatrical Productions have announced that Laura Dawkes and Jammy Kasongo will star in Frozen the Musical from this autumn.

Dawke will play Anna in her professional stage debut, taking over from Emily Lane. Kasongo (Brief Encounter, The Tina Turner Musical) will play Kristoff taking over from Djavan van de Fliert. The pair will begin performances from 27 September at the Theatre Royal Drury Lane, alongside the rest of the cast who remains the same.

The full Frozen cast includes Samantha Barks as Elsa, Craig Gallivan as Olaf, Oliver Ormson as Hans, and Richard Frame as the Duke of Weselton, with Mikayla Jade and Ashley Birchall alternating the role of Sven.

The ensemble includes Rhianne Alleyne, Marianne Bardgett, Rebecca Botterill, Laura Emmitt, Jemal Felix, Jordan Fox, Molly Francis, Matt Gillett, Dominic Adam Griffin, Jordan Livesey, Isabella Glanznig Santos, Ben Irish, Justin-Lee Jones, Aoife Kenny, Harriet Samuels, Jacqui Sanchez, Jak Skelly, Caitlin Tipping, Anna Woodside, and Rodney Vubya, Oliver Brenin, Ashley J Daniels, Lizzy-Rose Esin-Kelly, George Hinson, Jonathan Milton, and Ed Wade.

Frozen is at Theatre Royal Drury Lane.
