'Heathers the Musical' to return to London for limited run

Heathers follows new student Veronica Sawyer, who is taken under the wing of three beautiful and impossibly cruel girls. But there are devastating consequences when her popularity dreams come true.

Heathers the Musical is set to return to London for 52 performances only this summer. The hit musical will begin performances at London’s newest theatre: the Arts at Marble Arch on 9 July, running through 22 August. The show will then begin a UK and Ireland tour this autumn.

Based on the 1989 cult film starring Winona Ryder and Christian Slater, Heathers follows new student Veronica Sawyer, who is taken under the wing of three beautiful and impossibly cruel girls. But there are devastating consequences when her popularity dreams come true.

The musical was last seen in the West End in 2024. In a review for LondonTheatre.co.uk, our critic said: "There’s a reason young fans keep coming back to the show, regardless of where it is staged. This musical has the power to tap into all of the tempestuous emotions associated with being a teenager, and in the hands of its new, ambitious cast, the production really soars."

The creative team of Heathers the Musical includes director Andy Fickman, with choreography by Gary Lloyd, design by David Shields, lighting by Ben Cracknell, sound by Dan Samson, musical supervision by Jeremy Wootton and Will Joy and is produced by Bill Kenwright Ltd and Paul Taylor-Mills.
