"IMPORTANCE OF BEING EARNEST" EXPECTED BACK IN THE WEST END

Christopher Morahan's production of The Importance of Being Earnest,  by Oscar Wilde, which  had a run at the Haymarket earlier this year,  is  expected to return to the West End, this time  at the Savoy Theatre on 17th Jan 01.

Since leaving the Haymarket in August, the play has been touring in Australia and New Zealand.

The show  will return with only one member of the original cast, Patricia Routledge as  'Lady Bracknell'.
