Miss Julie at the Etcetera Theatre in Camden

Buckland Theatre Co. will present Miss Julie, by August Strindberg, translated by Michael Meyer, at the Etcetera Theatre, a pub theatre in Camden north London, from 24 February to 19 March 2016.

The production will be directed Gary Condés, with set/costume design by Carla Goodman and lighting/sound design by Joe Price. The cast includes Laura Greenwood (Miss Julie), Charlie Dorfman (Jean) and Danielle Henry as Kristin.

Synopsis: "On Midsummer's Eve, wishes are meant to come true. But, as Miss Julie becomes ever more deeply entangled with her father's valet, dreams turn to disappointment - with tragic consequences."

Miss Julie is Buckland Theatre Co.'s debut production and features in a season of classic and modern texts which are due to be announced later in the year.
