New cast and extension announced for Witness for the Prosecution

A new cast has been announced for the West End production of Witness for the Prosecution, which has also announced a new extended booking period at London County Hall.

Lucy Bailey's production of Agatha Christie's play has been running on the South Bank at London County Hall since 2017, placing the play in its setting of a traditional courtroom where the audience is placed upon benches around the action.

The story focusses on the court case of Leonard Vole, who has been accused of murdering a widow in order to inherit her vast wealth.

Now booking to 13th September 2020, the cast from 17th November will feature Taz Skylar as Vole, Alexandra Guelff as Romaine Vole, Jo Stone-Fewings and Kevin McMonagle as solicitors as Sir Wilfrid Robarts QC and Mr Myers QC, Jeffery Kissoon as the judge overseeing the case Mr Justice Wainwright and Crispin Redman as Mr Mayhew.

The cast will be completed by Amelia Annowska, Mark Grindrod, Timothy Harker, George Howard, Jane Lambert, Owen Oakeshott, Tom Shepherd, Vivienne Smith, Craig Talbot and Cathy Walker.

Witness for the Prosecution is booking at London County Hall until 13th September 2020.
