'Patience' Or 'Bunthorne's Bride' at Union Theatre

'Patience' Or 'Bunthorne's Bride', by W.S. Gilbert and Arthur Sullivan, is at the Union Theatre, south London, from 15 Feb 2012 - 10 Mar 2012.

Directed by Sasha Regan, designed by Kingsley Hall, lighting by Steve Miller, choreography by Drew McOnie, musical direction by Richard Bates, musical supervision by Michael England.

A satire on the British aesthetic movement of the 1870's. Patience is the story of coy lovers, and ridiculous poetic jousting for the attention of a pretty young milkmaid who has no interest in poetry, all performed with typically British humour and music.
