Following last week's news that The Other Palace would reopen later this month with Bill Kenwright as the new owner, Paul Taylor-Mills will return to the venue in a new role. Taylor-Mills returns to The Other Palace as the new artistic director. He previously served as the venue's advisory producer from 2016 to 2018 under Andrew Lloyd Webber's ownership.

Taylor-Mills' new position will mean he is both the artistic director of The Other Palace and the Turbine Theatre. His recent credits include My Night with Reg, Torch Song, High Fidelity and Heathers.

Speaking about his new role, Taylor-Mills said: "I am absolutely delighted to be returning to The Other Palace as its new Artistic Director and launching my tenure with Heathers the Musical, all under the helm of Bill Kenwright. I have had the pleasure of working with Bill and his incredible team for many years and the opportunity for us to have a London home for our projects is a dream come true."

The new season at The Other Palace will open with a Heathers revival, playing from 25 November to 20 February. Heathers received its London premiere at The Other Palace in 2018, later transferring to the Theatre Royal Haymarket, and returning to the West End this summer.

Further productions at The Other Palace are to be announced.

The Other Palace is now owned by Bill Kenwright. His previous West End productions include Be More Chill, The Best Man and Evita.
