HighTide will present the London premiere of Peddling, written and performed by Harry Melling at the Arcola Theatre, north east London, from 4 to 28 March 2015.

Directed by the Artistic Director of HighTide, Steven Atkinson, the piece has previously been seen at the HighTide Festival 2014 and 59E59, New York City as part of the 'Brits off-Broadway' season.

"The earth grumbles. Growling. Rising. The city street-lamps flicker up. We're in a field somewhere in London. A pedlar boy awakes lying on the grass, in his hand a firework. How did he get here? To answer that question he must venture back to the very start via the doorsteps of privileged London and the cracks that swallow thousands of young Londoners every year."

Peddling is Harry's first play. His theatre credits as an actor include 'King Lear' at Chichester Festival Theatre and BAM New York, 'The Hothouse', and 'When Did You Last See My Mother?' at Trafalgar Studios, and 'Women Beware Women' and 'Mother Courage and Her Children' at the National Theatre. He is perhaps most well known for his role on screen as Dudley Dursley in the Harry Potter films (Warner Bros).
