Production images released for Long Day’s Journey Into Night in the West End
Production images have been released for the West End transfer of Eugene O'Neill's play Long Day's Journey into Night, which is set to open at the Wyndham's Theatre in February.
Richard Eyre's production premiered in Bristol starring Jeremy Irons and Lesley Manville, who was recently nominated for an Oscar for her role in the film Phantom Thread alongside Daniel Day Lewis.
The play tells the story of the Tyrone family, whose father is famous for a role he took on in a play many years ago, and is married to a recovering morphine addict.
It also stars Jessica Regan, reprising her role as Cathleen from the 2016 Bristol Old Vic run, with Matthew Beard and Rory Keenan joining the cast to play Edmund Tyrone and James Tyrone Jr.
Long Day's Journey into Night is at Wyndham's Theatre until 7th April.
Long Day's Journey Into Night Tickets are available now.
