Responsible Other - Hampstead Downstairs

Made by Brick presents Responsible Other, by Melanie Spencer, at the Hampstead Theatre Downstairs, an 80-seat studio space under the main house at Hampstead Theatre, in north London, from 20 June to 20 July 2013.

Study of a family fractured by illness and struggling to understand that which cannot be understood. Daisy is sixteen. She was normal. Now she is just an ill person with a disease no one has heard of. When the hospital tells her father Peter that she must travel regularly to London for specialist treatment, he worries about how he will manage. But there is only one person he can ask for help.
