The Illusion, by Pierre Corneille. adapted by Tony Kushner, at the main stage at Southwark Playhouse, a fringe venue in south London, from 22 Aug to 8 Sep 2012.

It is directed by Seb Harcombe, designed by Sarah Jane Prentice, lighting by Howard Hudson. Produced by Secret/Heart, the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art and Caitlin Albery Beavan and Aron Rollin for Moya Productions.

A lawyer, desperate to find the son he drove away years before, engages the services of a mysterious magician, who conjures up magical visions of the romantic, adventurous and perilous life the lawyer's son has been living before finally revealing the ultimate truth.
