A Round-Heeled Woman Transfers to Aldwych Theatre

Following a run at the Riverside Studios A Round-Heeled Woman, written by Jane Prowse, based on Jane Juska's true-story book of the same name, transfers to the Aldwych Theatre opening on 30 Nov, following previews from 24 Nov 2011 and booking to 14 Jan 2012.

Directed by Jane Prowse, designed by Matthew Wright, produced in London by Brian Eastman, with Andrew Welch as executive producer.

Cast includes Sharon Gless (Jane Juska), Jane Bertish, Beth Cordingly, Barry McCarthy, Neil McCaul, and Michael Thomson.

Retired Californian English teacher and divorcee, Jane Juska realised, after 30 years of being 'severely deprived' of touch, that she 'liked men'! She decided to place a personals ad in her favourite periodical, The New York Review of Books: Before I turn 67 - next March - I would like to have a lot of sex with a man I like. If you want to talk first, Trollope works for me. She received 63 replies, from men aged between 32 and 84, and went on to write of her experiences in A Round-Heeled Woman - My Late-Life Adventures in Sex & Romance.
