Cirque Berserk! returns to the West End
The circus lands at the Harold Pinter Theatre for a limited engagement from 19 April through to 7 May 2018.
Zippos Circus presents a return West End limited engagement of Cirque Berserk! which is set to play London's Harold Pinter Theatre from 19 April through to 7 May 2018.
Mark Burton, who rose to fame as "Zippo the Clown" and who created Cirque Berserk! commented: "What the Cirque Berserk! team have created is REAL circus made for theatre. It's put together in a very contemporary, very 21st-century way. The lighting, music, the costumes are entirely different from what you're used to. It's designed for an audience who may not be drawn to the Big Top but still want all the death-defying skills that traditional circus brings."
Having already graced the stage of London's Peacock Theatre, the strictly limited run once again promises a magnificent cast of over 30 acrobats, aerialists, jugglers, dancers, drummers and daredevil stuntmen from all corners of the globe who all perform maximum thrills... with no safety nets! In addition, in a truly jaw-dropping coup de théâtre, the Lucius team of motorcyclists perform the infamous Globe of Death reaching speeds of over 60mph in a petrol-fuelled crowd-pleaser!
