Full cast revealed for Josh O'Connor-led 'Golden Boy' at the Almeida

Joining the cast are Jason Barnett, Richard Fleeshman, David Ganly, Patrick Martins, Daniel Mays, Oliver Ryan, Hayley Squires, Stanley Townsend, Zubin Varla, and Nicholas Woodeson.

The full cast has been announced for Golden Boy at the Almeida Theatre in London, starring Josh O'Connor. Performances begin on 9 September running through 31 October.

Joining the cast are Jason Barnett, Richard Fleeshman, David Ganly, Patrick Martins, Daniel Mays, Oliver Ryan, Hayley Squires, Stanley Townsend, Zubin Varla, and Nicholas Woodeson.

Olivier Award winner Sam Yates directs this revival of Clifford Odets’ American classic, set in 1930s New York, at the height of the Depression. The play follows gifted young violinist Joe Bonaparte who is lured into the world of professional boxing with promises of fame and fortune. But he finds himself torn between the American Dream and the quiet honour of a decent life.
