Plague of Idiots at the Hen and Chickens Theatre

The international clown collective Plague of Idiots will bring their first full length show to the Hen and Chickens Theatre in Islington, north London from 4 to 22 November 2014.

"Spend an hour in the company of Lou Lou, Hanquin Squirrel, Boulette, Pesto and Mariano as they entertain you with scenes of profound artistic brilliance (or not). Hosted, prodded and probed by the ever patient Monsieur Loyal, the only one among them possessing anything like intelligence."

The cast includes graduates from the internationally renowned theatre school Ecole Philippe Gaulier in France. The company consists of six Actors from around the world: Fanny Duret (Switzerland), Richard Kimberley (England), Andrea Maffei (Italy), Laurent Mallet (France), Giorgio Veirda (Italy) and host Damien Warren-Smith (Australia).

Plague of Idiots will begin a national tour of Australia following this premier season. They will appear at the Western Australian Circus Festival, Perth Fringe World, as well as a month season at The Garden of Unearthly Delights for the Adelaide Fringe Festival.
