Rehearsal images for National Theatre’s The Lehman Trilogy
Rehearsal images have been released for the National Theatre's upcoming production of Stefano Massini's The Lehman Trilogy, which has been adapted by Ben Power and opens next month.
The play is the story of the global financial firm Lehman Brothers and covers its history from the corporation's formation through 163 years to the events that triggered the largest financial crash in history.
Directed by Spectre director Sam Mendes, Simon Russell Beale, Adam Godley and Ben Miles will play the Lehman brothers, their sons and their grandsons in the 3 and a half hour epic in the Lyttelton.
The piece will have designs by Es Devlin, costumes by Katrina Lindsay, video by Luke Halls, lighting by Jon Clark, music and sound by Nick Powell and movement by Polly Bennett.
The Lehman Trilogy is in the Lyttelton at the National Theatre from 4th July.
