Get ready to seize the day with these pictures of the Newsies cast. The UK premiere of Newsies is at the Troubadour Wembley Park Theatre with performances currently scheduled to 16 April.
Based on the New York paperboy strike of 1899, Newsies follows Manhattan paperseller Jack Kelly as he rallies his fellow colleagues to form a union against media tycoon, Joseph Pulitzer. Matt Cole directs and choreographs the musical, featuring songs by Alan Menken including “King Of New York,” “Watch What Happens,” and “The World Will Know.” Find out more about Alan Menken musicals.
