The hit Broadway musical The Outsiders will come to the West End, the show's producers confirmed, with details including exact dates, a venue, and casting to be determined.
Adapted from the book written by S. E. Hinton and film directed by Francis Ford Coppola, The Outsiders follows teenage gang members seeking survival and brotherhood in 1960s Tulsa, Oklahoma. The show won four 2024 Tony Awards including Best Musical when it debuted on Broadway, where it is still running and recouped its investment as of December 2025.
The show is also currently on a North American tour and also has future productions planned in Asia and Australia.
The Outsiders features a book by Tony nominee Adam Rapp with Tony winner Justin Levine; music and lyrics by Tony nominees Jamestown Revival (Jonathan Clay and Zach Chance) and Levine; music supervision, orchestrations, and arrangements by Levine; choreography by Tony nominees Rick and Jeff Kuperman; and direction by Tony winner Danya Taymor.
