The Royal Duchess Superstore plays Half Moon Theatre

Loud Talkin' presents Jonny O'Neill's debut play The Royal Duchess Superstore, directed by Karena Johnson, at the Half Moon Theatre, in Limehouse, east London, from 09 Sep to 21 Sep 2014.

The cast of The Royal Duchess Superstore includes The Bill's Mark Wingett (as Terry), Avin Shah, Wendy Morgan and Jude Monk McGowen.

Synopsis: 'The Royal Duchess Superstore tells the story of Terry, recently returned to East London following a long stretch in prison. The play highlights the changes that have taken place in his local area and Terry's struggles to cope with his new environment, typified by the fate of his favourite pub, the Royal Duchess, which has become a corner shop.'

The Royal Duchess Superstore also features set design by Susannah Henry.
