Joel Montague is known for his performances in West End musicals and his skill as a standby performer. His notable stage roles include Mendel in Falsettos at The Other Palace, Ogie in Waitress at the Adelphi Theatre, Nicely-Nicely Johnson in Guys and Dolls at Théâtre Marigny, King George III in Hamilton at the Victoria Palace Theatre, and Harvey Goldsmith in Just For One Day at The Old Vic. Montague studied Musical Theatre at the Guildford School of Acting.
