An Enemy of the People has announced the remaining cast that will star alongside Matt Smith in Thomas Ostermeier's production of Henrik Ibsen's classic. Performances begin on 20 February to 6 April 2024 at the Duke of York's Theatre.

"It's a privilege to be starting rehearsals in the West End for the first time with a cast of this calibre, joining Matt Smith as Thomas Stockmann." director Ostermeier said in a statement. "I look forward to rediscovering the brilliance of Ibsen's prescient masterpiece with this incredible group of actors as we build an English language production for London."

Jessica Brown Findlay (Katharina Stockmann), Priyanga Burford (Aslaksen), Zachary Hart (Billing), Paul Hilton (Peter Stockmann), Nigel Lindsay (Morten Kiil), and Shubham Saraf (Hovstad) will join the previously announced Matt Smith as Dr Stockmann. Learn more about Matt Smith in our full guide.

An Enemy of the People revolves around Dr. Thomas Stockmann's fight to expose a polluted public bath despite facing opposition from the townspeople, who are more concerned with economic interests than the truth.
