Bull cast and extension - Young Vic, The Maria

The Young Vic have announced the cast for the return of Mike Bartlett's Bull, as well as a one week extension. The production will now run from 12 December 2015 to 16 January 2016, at the venue's The Maria space.

The cast will include Max Bennett (Tony), Susannah Fielding (Isobel), Nigel Lindsay (Carter) and Marc Wootton (Thomas).

Bull was first seen at the Crucible Theatre, Sheffield in 2013 and won the UK Theatre Award for Best New Play. The production then transferred to 59E59, New York, where it played as part of the Brits Off-Broadway season. It previously played at the Young Vic (The Maria) from 8 January to 7 February 2015.

Synopsis: "Three colleagues battle over two jobs. In a cutthroat office environment, where every word is a weapon, playground tactics quickly escalate into manoeuvres of a far more vicious nature."

The production will be directed by Clare Lizzimore, with lighting design by Peter Mumford, sound design by Christopher Shutt, and will be produced by the Young Vic and Supporting Wall.
