Donmar/ Ambassadors Group bring "Guys and Dolls" to West End early in 2005

The Donmar Warehouse and Ambassador Theatre Group are going to collaborate on a new production of Frank Loesser's and Abe Burrow's Guys and Dolls to open in the West End early in 2005.

The production will be directed by the Donmar's Artistic Director, Michael Grandage and produced by the Ambassador Theatre Group in association with the Donmar's own production team.

This will be the first collaboration outside of The Donmar Warehouse.

Artistic Director, Michael Grandage said "It will be an enormous privilege to work on one of the greatest classic musicals of all time and it presents an exciting opportunity for the Donmar to develop its work and style in a larger theatre space."

Producer, Howard Panter (from Ambassador Theatre Group) added "This is a wonderful opportunity to collaborate with one of the most exciting theatre companies in the world, presenting a vibrant new version for today's theatre-goers."
