Heaven Can Wait by Harry Segall at Bridewell Theatre

Sedos presents Heaven Can Wait, the original 1938 play by Harry Segall, at the Bridewell Theatre, a fringe venue in the City of London, from 4 to 8 March 2014.

Directed by Peter Bryans, cast includes Alex Magliaro (Joe Pendleton), Ally Demicoli (Bette Logan), Craig Karpel (Tony Abbott), Kelly Stone (Julia Farnsworth), Max Marcq (Pessenger 7013), Nathan Pollpeter (Inspector Williams), Nick Mouton (Max Levene), Paul Francis (Mr Ames and Lefty), Sian Levett (First Escort, Ann, Susie and Nurse), Tracie Laurinaitis (Jordan), Will de Renzy- Martin (Second Escort, Doctor and Announcer/Referee).

In an ethereal place between heaven and earth, the recently deceased queue to board the heavenly aeroplane. All wait patiently in line, except for one passenger. Boxer Joe Pendleton - an under- educated and 'salt-of-the-earth' sort - insists that he can't be dead, it's all a big mistake. And indeed he is right...
