"KISS ME KATE", at the Victoria Palace

The Broadway production of Kiss Me Kate , will be at the Victoria Palace Theatre from 16th Oct 01. (Booking opens in June 01).

Cole Porter's musical is directed by Michael Blakemore and choreographed by Kathleen Marshall.

Two gangsters are despatched to extract a debt from the leading man of a musical version of 'The Taming of the Shrew'. They arrive on its First Night, in the middle of a blazing row between the show's stars and end up on stage singing 'Brush Up Your Shakespeare'.

It is not known if the original Broadway cast will be transferring with the show!
