R C Sherriff's Journey's End extends to 1 May 2004

R C Sherriff's Journey's End , has been extended by another 4 weeks to 1 May 2004.

Produced by Background, the play is directed by David Grindley, designed by Jonathan Fensom, with lighting by Jason Taylor.

Set against the background of life in the trenches during World War One, the play is based on the author's own experience of the Front. It follows a group of officers behind British lines at St Quentin, France, who await their fate on the front line.
