To prepare for the BBC's broadcast of the Almeida Theatre production of Hamlet, watch Andrew Scott deliver the opening lines from Shakespeare's famous soliloquy.

Robert Icke's production was filmed during its run at the Harold Pinter Theatre last year, and will be broadcast on BBC Two this coming Saturday, 31st March, at 9pm.

Scott received an Olivier Award nomination for Best Actor for the role, and won the Critics' Circle Award for Best Shakespearean Performance earlier this year. At the ceremony, Scott told LondonTheatre.co.uk that the process of working on the show "slow-roasting ideas" with Icke was "really wonderful".

The cast of Hamlet also included Jessica Brown Findlay, Juliet Stevenson, Peter Wight, Angus Wright, Calum Findlay and Joshua Higgott.

Hamlet will be broadcast on BBC Two on Saturday 31st March at 9pm.
