Wendi Peters in The Mystery Of Edwin Drood - Landor

Former Coronation Street's (Cilla Battersby-Brown) Wendi Peters to play 'Princess Puffer' in the musical, The Mystery of Edwin Drood, at the Landor Theatre, a fringe venue in Clapham, south London from 11 April to 5 May 2012 .

Music, Lyrics & Book by Rupert Holmes. Based on the unfinished novel by Charles Dickens.

Directed by Matthew Gould, the cast also features Natalie Day (Rosa Budd), Daniel Robinson (John Jasper); Loula Geater (Helena Landlass), Victoria Farley (Rosa Budd), David Francis (Neville Landlass), Denis Delahunt (Chairman), Richard Stirling (Reverend Crisparkle), Oliver Mawdsley (Horace), Mark Ralston (Bazzard), Paul Hutton (Durdles), Tom Pepper (Deputy), Ben Goffe (Harry Sayle).

The story follows the exploits of the Theatre Royale Music Hall Company. Set against the backdrop of the Great British traditions of Music Hall and Pantomime, the Theatre Royale actors set about completing the story of Edwin Drood - with just a little help from the audience along the way.

Musical Direction is by James Cleeve with Orchestrations by Tony Osborne. Design by Natasha Piper, lighting by Maria Kearney, costumes by Jean Gray. Produced by Aria Entertainment in association with The Landor Theatre.
