In BENNY'S FUNERAL, Morris's gay partner, Benny, has died and as he sits alone he recalls, in touching detail, his visit to the funeral parlour, the funeral itself and the wake that followed. He is devastated, of course, so why can't he stop laughing? In MANNY'S PARTY , Cassandra is manning the door at a party for her husband's work colleagues. The buffet's all set. The champagne's on ice. The guests begin to arrive but Manny has locked himself in his study to watch the snooker. Cassandra is getting more than a little annoyed......
