Cast update for Generations, by Debbie Tucker Green, which opens at the Maria at the Young Vic Theatre 27 Feb 2007, following previews from 22 Feb - running to 10 March 2007

The cast draws together new British talent in the shape of Davinia Anderson, Claire Prempeh and Heshima Thompson with leading South African actors Sello Maake Ka-Ncube and Nomhle Nkonyeni, alongside the veteran actor & theatre-maker Louis Mahoney. They will be accompanied by a 14 strong South African choir led by Pauline Malefane.

It is directed by Sacha Wares, designed by Miriam Buether, lighting by Paule Constable, with sound by Paul Arditti

Every life has a meaning. And every death. Accompanied by a gospel choir, this short play explodes with the intimate secrets of a family in South Africa today.
