Casting announced for Nativity! the Musical at the Hammersmith Apollo

Primary casting has been announced for the World Premiere of Nativity! the Musical which opens at Birmingham Repertory Theatre on 20 October 2017 ahead of a UK tour and run at the Hammersmith Apollo in London from 13-17 December 2017.

Daniel Boys will play ‘Paul Maddens’ alongside Sarah Earnshaw as ‘Jennifer Lore’ and Simon Lipkin as ‘Mr Poppy’. They will be joined by Andy Barke, Jamie Chapman, Jemma Churchill, Gary Davis and Katia Sartini. Further casting and child casting is yet to be announced.

Produced by Jamie Wilson, Entertainment One (eOne), Ramin Sabi and Belgrade Theatre Coventry the production opens in Birmingham before touring to Southend Cliffs Pavilion, Sheffield Lyceum, Manchester Palace, Plymouth Theatre Royal, the Hammersmith Eventim Apollo and Leeds Grand Theatre.

Written and Directed by Debbie Isitt with music and lyrics by Nicky Ager and Debbie Isitt, the production is choreographed by Andrew Wright, designed by David Woodhead, with lighting design by Tim Mitchell, sound design by Tom Marshall and musical supervision and orchestrations by George Dyer.
