Etcetera Theatre announces autumn plays

The Ectetera Theatre, Camden, has announced its line up of plays for this autumn - they include:

Walk Like A Blackman, written by and starring Rafiq Richards. We've all wanted to be a black man haven't we? Rafiq is no exception - he's only half a black man, half an Indian man and a whole lot of confusion. A daring and poignant semi-autobiographical one man show about mixed race identity and what it means to belong.

Stand- Up Comics by Michael Eckett. Liam and Kris have been brought together by the comics they read, sell and write to avoid the responsibilities of the real world. But Liam’s infatuation with another artist is giving him writer’s block, causing Kris to grow jealous, whilst their friend Liz thinks this fractured dynamic could mean the end of their world. she’ll do everything she can to save it.
