Jamie Lloyd Productions have announced that they will present the 50th anniversary production of Harold Pinter's The Homecoming at the Trafalgar Studios 1 from 14 November 2015 to 13 February 2016.

Directed by Jamie Lloyd, the production will feature design by Soutra Gilmour. The cast for the production includes Keith Allen, Gemma Chan, Ron Cook, Gary Kemp, John Macmillan, and John Simm.

"When Teddy returns from America to introduce his wife Ruth to his family in London, they discover a claustrophobic and brutal household where his father Max, brothers Lenny and Joey and uncle Sam live in a state of mutual loathing and festering resentment. Theirs is a motherless, compassionless and lawless home where Ruth immediately becomes the centre of attention."

The Homecoming is regarded as one of Pinter's finest plays and was first performed in 1965 in London, followed by a production in New York in 1967 that won the Tony Award for Best Play.

Jamie Lloyd Productions have played in residency at the Trafalgar Studios for previous productions of 'The Pride', 'The Hothouse', 'Macbeth', 'The Ruling Class' and 'East is East'.

Public booking for the production opens on 22 September 2015.
