Judi Dench in "All's Well That Ends Well" To Extend two weeks to 8 May 2004

It has been announced that The Royal Shakespeare Company's production of All's Well That Ends Well, starring Judi Dench, will extend two weeks to 8 May 2004 at the Gielgud Theatre.

The production, directed by Gregory Doran, opened at The Swan Theatre, Stratford-Upon-Avon, in December last year, before transferring to London at the Gielgud Theatre in February 2004.

Leading the cast of All's Well is RSC Honorary Associate Artist, Dame Judi Dench, who plays the 'Countess of Rossillion' . The rest of the cast includes: Claudie Blakely (Helena), Jamie Glover (Bertram), Guy Henry (Parolles), Arthur Kohn, Mark Lambert, Jane Maud, Brendan O'Hea, Miles Richardson, Gary Waldhorn

Helena, a doctor's daughter and now ward of the Countess' court, saves the life of the King using one of her father's secret prescriptions. Her reward - to take any man to be her husband. She chooses Bertram, the Countess' son. Appalled at having to marry a commoner, he declares he will never be hers until she obtains the ring he wears and is pregnant with his child, all of which is seemingly impossible...
