Juliet Stevenson cast in Bean's The Heretic at Royal Court

Cast announced for The Heretic, a new black comedy by Richard Bean, which opens at the Royal Court Downstairs, 10 Feb 2011, following previews from 4 Feb - running to 19 March 2011.

Directed by Jeremy Herrin, the cast includes Juliet Stevenson (Dr Diane Cassell), James Fleet (Professor Kevin Maloney), Johnny Flynn (Ben Shotter), Adrian Hood (Geoff Tordoff), Leah Whitaker (Catherine Tickell), Lydia Wilson (Phoebe).

Juliet Stevenson's London stage credits include "Duet for One" at the Almeida & Vaudeville theatres in 2009; "The Seagull" at the Lyttelton, NT in 2006; "The Alice Trilogy" at the Royal Court in 2005; "We Happy Few" at the Gielgud in 2004; "The Wonder of Sex" at the Lyttlton, NT in 2001; "Private Lives" at the Lyttlton, NT in 1999
