Les Miz Kids Club

JOIN THE CHILDREN OF THE REVOLUTION!

WITH THE "THE MIZ KIDS CLUB"

Press Release

"THE MIZ KIDS CLUB" runs at the Queen's Theatre, in London's West End, twice a month.

The children are taken on an enlightening back stage tour and see the costumes used in the production. They hear more about the story of Les Misérables and learn one of the famous songs from the show. They participate in drama games and improvise a key scene from the show. A cast member will join the group to answer questions. In advance of their session, the children receive a CD synopsis narrated by Sir Ian McKellen.

For the older children, the tour is slightly more technical-based. It looks at the stage effects of the revolve and bridge. In their improvisation workshop they focus on characterisation, with costumes, traits and lines for each character.

The club meets before the Saturday matinee performance of the show. Eight - 11 year olds meet on the first Saturday of each month and 12 - 15 year olds meet on the third Saturday of each month.

"THE MIZ KIDS CLUB" includes a snack packed lunch a ticket to a performance of "LES MISERABLES" at the Queen's Theatre. Packages start from £23.00. The club starts at 10.30 for the eight - 11 year olds and 10.45am for the 12 - 15 year olds and finishes at 1.15pm.
